Robert
was born in Douglas, Wyoming on May 8, 1980. We
lived there for a few years after Robert's dad
and I where married. Following Robert's
birth we moved to Oklahoma.
Robert's
dad was killed in a car wreck when Robert was
18 months old while we were living at Custer
City, Oklahoma.
Robert
was 20 years old at the time of his car wreck.
He turned 21 years old 1 year and 13 days
after the wreck. Robert had been
looking forward to that birthday so that he
would be of an age to D. J. in the big
clubs.
Robert
had Tec 9's for his turn tables and loved
playing them. He wanted so much to go to a
large competition.
We
had to screw in most of the pictures hanging
on our walls due to the vibrations from his
music! He
also had very a very nice stereo system in his
car. You
could hear him coming down the road a mile
away so whatever was not screwed to the wall
we had to hang on to!
Robert
was the only child and I guess one could say I
spoiled him rotten. He loved to wear nice
clothes and was very 'picky' about his attire.
Robert was always such a fun person to be
around and I loved to be with him. He
loved to go to the car show in Oklahoma City,
OK. He dreamed of owning a 1964 Impala
low-rider.
This
is a picture of Robert's car wreck which was
on the front page of our newspaper. Robert's
car was the little one over the signs. As you
can see the smaller cars can not sustain all
that manufacturer's say they can. However, if
the woman in the SUV would have been going the
speed limit this would never have ever of
happened.
